Refund Policy

1. General Policy Statement

Jamaica's Grill is committed to providing exceptional service and products. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to request a refund for online transactions. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for refunds related to online ticket sales, online orders, and other online transactions. Jamaica's Grill, including all associated subsidiaries and vendors, Caribbean Food LLC, Intelligent Integration LLC, ConservPay, Defyne Payments, Esquire Bank, N.A. and all associated Independent Service Organization (ISOs), Wix, Wix Payments, and any agent or member of any of these organizations.



2. Online Ticket Sales and Reservations


2.1 Refund Eligibility:

  • Refund requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the event date.

  • Tickets and Reservations purchased within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.

2.2 Refund Process:

  • Refund requests should be submitted in writing via an online contact form using the following hyperlink: https://www.JamaicasGrill.com/contact

  • Please include the order number, name, and reason for the refund request.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days following approval of the refund request.

2.3 Exceptions:

  • In the event of event or reservation cancellation or significant changes in the event schedule initiated by Jamaica's Grill, full refunds will be issued automatically.


3. Online Orders (Merchandise)


3.1 Refund Eligibility:

  • Refund requests for merchandise must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.

3.2 Refund Process:

  • Contact us via the Contact Form at: https://www.JamaicasGrill.com/contact to initiate a return and refund request.

  • Include the order number, item description, and reason for the return.

  • Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

3.3 Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Jamaica's Grill (e.g., incorrect or defective item).


4. Restaurant, Food, and Drink Orders


4.1 Refund Eligibility:

  • Refund requests for resturant, food, and drink orders must be submitted within 24 hours of the order pickup time.

  • Refunds will not be issued for subjective complaints about food temperature, presentation, taste, and spice level, provided that the menu item ordered is prepared in accordance with our recipes. Customers are responsible for proper inspection of their food order prior to leaving the restaurant or accepting a delivery. However, issues related to incorrect or missing items, burnt food, and significant deviation to the normal preparation of the food ordered, will be reviewed for resolution and refund.

  • Include the order number, item description, and reason for the refund request.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.



5. Other Online Transactions


5.1 Donations:

  • Donations to Jamaica's Grill are non-refundable.


6. Protection of Interests


6.1 Fraud Prevention:

  • All refund requests are subject to verification to prevent fraud.

  • Jamaica's Grill reserves the right to refuse a refund request if fraud or abuse is suspected.

6.2 Legal Compliance:

  • This refund policy complies with applicable state and federal laws governing online transactions and consumer rights.

6.3 Limitation of Liability:

  • Jamaica's Grill, Caribbean Food LLC, Intelligent Integration LLC, Esquire Bank, N.A., ConservPay, Defyne Payments and any associated Independent Service Organizations (ISOs), and any agent or member of the aforementioned organizations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase or use of tickets, merchandise, or other online services.
